We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed. Payment is due at the time of purchase. GROWCOVE reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, fraud, or other reasons.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Title and ownership of products transfer upon delivery. You may be required to pay additional taxes or duties upon import.

5. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in original packaging. To initiate a return, email [email protected]. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after inspection. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Certain products, such as personalized items, may be final sale.
