Whether you are ordering a single item or a full set, you will never pay a shipping fee. This offer applies to all destinations within the contiguous United States. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses, additional charges may apply and will be clearly communicated before you complete your purchase.
Order Processing & Handling Time
Once you place your order, our dedicated team begins preparing it right away. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for handling and processing. This includes verifying your payment, picking your items from our inventory, carefully packing them with protective materials, and generating the shipping label. Orders placed after 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) will be considered as received on the next business day. For example, if you order at 6:00 PM EST on Monday, your handling period will begin on Tuesday. Weekends and federal holidays are not counted as business days for handling or transit purposes.
Transit Time & Delivery Estimates
After your package leaves our facility, standard transit times range from 3 to 6 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier used. Delivery to major metropolitan areas typically falls on the shorter end of this window, while rural or remote addresses may experience the full 6-day period. We partner with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable service. Please note that transit times are estimates and not guaranteed; weather, carrier delays, or high volume periods can occasionally extend delivery beyond the 6-day window.
Shipping Cut-Off Schedule
To help your order move as quickly as possible, we operate with a clear daily cut-off. All orders received before 5:00 PM EST (Monday through Friday) will be processed on the same business day. Orders placed after this cut-off, as well as any order placed on Saturday, Sunday, or a major holiday, will begin processing on the next business day. This schedule allows our fulfillment team to maintain accurate inventory and high packing standards.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your package’s progress. You can also log into your GROWCOVE account to view the latest status. If you do not receive a tracking update within 48 hours of your shipment notification, please contact our support team so we can investigate.
Delivery Address & Modifications
It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. GROWCOVE is not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please email us immediately at [email protected]. We will do our best to update the address if the order has not yet shipped. Once a package is in transit, address changes may not be possible.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
In the unlikely event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
