All returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled in accordance with this policy, which is designed to be simple, fair, and fully compliant with applicable consumer protection laws and Google Merchant Center requirements.
30-Day Free Returns & Exchanges
You may return or exchange any item purchased from GROWCOVE within 30 days from the date of delivery. Returns and exchanges are completely free of charge. GROWCOVE provides a prepaid return shipping label for all eligible items, and we do not charge any restocking fee. To qualify for a free return or exchange, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Products that have been altered, damaged, or worn (except for legitimate defects) are not eligible. Please remove all personal tags and labels before inspection if possible, but do not damage the original product tags.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, simply contact our customer service team via email at [email protected] or by phone at (212) 555-0199. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will respond within 1 business day with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Once you receive the label, package the item securely with all original accessories and documentation, affix the label, and drop off the package at the designated carrier location. For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once the returned product is received and inspected. In some cases, we may offer an instant exchange by shipping the replacement immediately, subject to product availability.
Refund Processing & Timelines
After your return is delivered to our returns facility, we will inspect the item to confirm it meets the eligibility conditions described above. Provided the item is in acceptable condition, we will process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account. We will send you an email confirmation once the refund has been processed. If your return does not meet the eligibility criteria, we will contact you to discuss the next steps, which may include returning the item to you at your expense or offering a partial refund.
No Restocking Fee – Guaranteed
GROWCOVE does not charge any restocking fees for returns or exchanges. The amount refunded will be the full purchase price of the item(s) returned, including any sales tax paid, excluding original shipping charges (unless the return is due to our error or a defective product). For exchanges, you will not be charged any additional fees beyond any applicable price difference if the replacement item is of higher value.
Exceptions & Important Notes
This policy applies only to purchases made directly from GROWCOVE (via our website or phone orders). If you purchased GROWCOVE products from an authorized retailer, please contact that retailer for their return policy. We are unable to accept returns or process refunds for items purchased through third-party sellers. Perishable goods, personalized items, and gift cards are not eligible for return unless defective. For any order that arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly, including a full refund or replacement with no additional cost to you.
